On the Job: North Penn Animal Hospital
If you know one thing about me, you know I am a BIG fan of dogs. I am partial to boxers (I’ve had five), but any dog is a good dog in my book. When North Penn Animal Hospital was working on a new website and updated brand and called ME to update their photos, I was unbelievably excited — I don’t think I’ve ever answered an email faster. Offer me the chance to spend the day with the team in Lansdale and pet every dog I could find?? Dreams do come true.

On the Job: Piramal Pharma
I was on site to photograph an exciting event for Piramal Pharma Solutions as they announced a new partnership with NewAmsterdam Pharma Corporation. The ribbon cutting ceremony celebrated a major investment in a dedicated manufacturing site at their Sellersville, PA location. This new space will help support global production of a key cardiovascular treatment. Who knew such incredible work was going on in our little neck of the woods??
The Mindset Shift that took me from Wedding Photographer to Corporate Partner
The transition to corporate work wasn't something I planned in the early days of MKP. (If I’m honest, I’m really not much of a planner, I’m more of a “recognize your opportunities and seize them” kind of gal.) It happened gradually as I began exploring what else my photography could accomplish beyond documenting life's big moments. It didn’t take long to I realize that the skills I was using while shooting weddings and portraits had many more applications than I imagined.
Why Working the Right Clients Make All the Difference (and How to Find Them)
Being a photographer isn't just about filling a dropbox full of images, it's about partnering with organizations that value storytelling and understand the importance of visual branding.
These clients understand that photography is an investment in their story. They're not looking for generic stock photos or trying to cut corners. They want images that capture the authenticity of their community and mission.
Your Corporate Photos Are Doing More Work Than You Realize
Good corporate photos do something amazing: they make your business feel real. Instead of being just another company name, you become actual people doing meaningful work. Your headshots show the people behind the title. Your team photos capture the energy at your office. And those candid shots of your team hard at work? They tell the story of what your company is all about.
On the Job: Main Line Health
Recently I had the opportunity to photograph a community event hosted by Main Line Health and local emergency services: the launch of the Delaware County Overdose Response Team. This new initiative brings together police, EMTs, and peer recovery specialists to provide immediate support and resources to individuals in the aftermath of an overdose.
How to Choose Between Corporate & Commercial Photography
Whether you're a small business owner, a marketing director, or a nonprofit leader, knowing the difference between corporate and commercial photography can help you make the best investment for your brand’s visibility and success.
Both corporate and commercial photography styles serve different purposes, and understanding which one you need will make sure your visual content actually works for you, not against you.
