Behind the Scenes at Clemens Food Group

I just wrapped up a shoot with the team at Clemens Food Group, capturing their employees in action on the production floor  (and practically in my backyard)! With more than 5,000 employees, Clemens goes out of their way to foster a tight knit community. From the on-site medical offices to a fully outfitted wellness center, Clemens Food Group strives to be a workplace that cares for its employees.

For the most part, this project wasn’t made up of posed shots or formal portraits. Instead, we focused on the real life moments in the community: team members collaborating, problem-solving, and doing what they do best. It was important not only to capture real employees doing real work – but I also did not want to disrupt the work day at a very busy plant. The result? Real images that show the heart of this company and the people who make it run.
