On the Job: Dragon Boat Racing with Drexel’s Executive DBA Students

Last month, the Drexel Dragons traded textbooks for paddles as students from LeBow College of Business’s Executive Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) program took to the river for a day of dragon boat racing.

The DBA program is known for pushing students to think critically, lead with impact, and grow both inside and outside the classroom. Dragon boating gave them a chance to put those skills into action in a whole new way.

The event was more than just a race. It was a chance to connect, to learn from each other, and to prove that leadership can be built anywhere — even in a dragon boat cutting through the Schuylkill.
