Case Study: D1 Dentistry
Overview
D1 Dentistry recently took ownership of an existing dental office in Lansdale. As part of the transition to new ownership, the team wanted their website and marketing materials to reflect the updated leadership, environment, and patient experience, while maintaining the practice’s status as a family business, its long history, and ties to the community.
While the new owners retained much of the existing staff and infrastructure, it was important to integrate and update their imagery to reflect the new-ish environment patients would experience when visiting the practice. It was also incredibly important to communicate that the practice remains a down-to-earth family business – not purchased and gutted by private equity for maximum profit like so many others.
The Goal
The goal of the session was to create a collection of images that could support the launch of D1 Dentistry’s updated website while helping introduce the new owners and office environment to the community.
The imagery needed to reflect both the professionalism of the practice and the welcoming atmosphere patients would experience when they walk through the doors.
The Approach
During the session, we focused on capturing a variety of images that could be used across the practice’s website and marketing materials, including:
Interior and exterior photos of the Lansdale office
Team and staff portraits
Group photos of the dental team
Patient interaction and treatment environment images
Workplace moments that reflect the day-to-day rhythm of the practice
Capturing a mix of these images allows the practice to show both the people behind the care and the environment patients will experience during their visit.
The Result
The final image collection provides D1 Dentistry with a cohesive visual library that supports their updated website and brand presence under new ownership.
By showing the real team, the office space, and the care environment, photography helps potential patients feel more familiar with the practice before they ever schedule an appointment. It also reassures existing patients that their needs still come first despite some new faces in the office.
